The available height is not correctly calculated when using the property menuPortalTarget #4434
Description
If the select component is configured with the property menuPortalTarget, the available height is not calculated correctly and the menu is chopped making the selection of some of the options impossible. The select must be at the bottom of the page.
For an example, refer to the example page of the react-select project and reduce your window to be able to see only a few options.
