Update to macOS 26 (Tahoe) App Icon

Per the latest Apple Human Interface Guidelines for iOS, iPadOS, and macOS—including macOS 26 (Tahoe)—our app icon needs to be updated to the new layered AppIcon specification.

Requirements:
• Shape & Size: Rounded-square (square on iPad), full-scale 1024 × 1024 px
• Layered Asset Catalog: Include separate layers for:
• Default
• Dark mode
• Clear Light
• Clear Dark
• Tinted Light
• Tinted Dark
• New in macOS 26: Light Transparent & Dark Transparent
• Full Alpha Support: Allows system-generated effects across all appearances
• Backward Compatibility: Icons must degrade gracefully on older OS versions
