Open in new tab option for Alacritty

## Summarize this feature

When a TMUX session exists, opening a directory with OpenInTerminal does not CD into that directory. 

## Why should this feature be included?

In order to CD into a new directory with Alacritty and existing TMUX session, maybe the way to go would be to add an option to open in a new tab.
