ELF load command address/offset not properly aligned regression in patchelf #55423
Description
I just saw this on a linux machine; unfortunately I don't have enough details to reproduce it. It's an error that happens when trying to load libjulia-internal. Seems to be the same thing reported here: NixOS/patchelf#492
I can confirm that downgrading to patchelf 0.17.2 fixes it.
May be fixed by NixOS/patchelf#510 but I have not tried it.
