[BUG] Broken documentation link in Kaoto settings panel

Hi,
In the Kaoto settings panel in VSCode, there is a link pointing to the documentation about how to create a custom catalog library. However, the link returns a 404 error.

It would be great if it could be updated to point to the correct page:
https://kaoto.io/docs/designer/04-runtime-selector/#how-to-instruct-kaoto-to-use-a-specific-catalog-library
