Add AI Adoption Score documentation

Context

Documentation for the AI Adoption Dashboard feature in the Kilo Code docs. The documentation is located at apps/kilocode-docs/docs/plans/adoption-dashboard/ and includes four pages.

Implementation

1. overview.md Introduction to the AI Adoption Score (0-100 metric)

• Target audience (team leads, engineering managers, executives)
• How to access the dashboard
• UI tour: main score display, timeline visualization, time filters, personal vs. org view, trend indicators
• Score tiers quick reference table

2. understanding-your-score.md Detailed explanation of the three dimensions

• Frequency, Depth, Coverage
• Score tiers with detailed descriptions
• Calculation methodology: per-developer normalization, outlier capping, rolling window
• Why scores fluctuate
• How to interpret scores (trends vs. absolutes, distribution analysis)

3. improving-your-score.md Actionable strategies for each dimension with specific actions

• CLI installation instructions for Frequency improvement
• Links to related features (Managed Indexing, Code Reviews, Kilo Deploy)
• Common patterns and anti-patterns table
• Quick wins organized by current score range

4. for-team-leads.md Reading team-wide metrics

• Identifying adoption gaps by dimension
• Running adoption initiatives with goal-setting guidance
• Benchmarking and stakeholder communication (sample update template)
• Privacy considerations and data anonymization
• Future enhancements section
