docs: enhance Python API tutorial with fixes and new section

• Fix typo: 'pretrained of finetuned' -> 'pretrained or finetuned'
• Fix typo: 'Alternative' -> 'Alternatively'
• Fix typo: double quote in 'init="random""' -> 'init="random"'
• Fix capitalization: 'the' -> 'The' in sequential strategy description
• Add new 'Saving models' section with .save() method examples
• Improve tutorial completeness for users learning the Python API
