Let's follow https://architecture.lullabot.com/adr/20250922-use-twig-coding-standard/ and require https://github.com/wotnak/twig-cs-fixer-drupal and cleanup the scaffolded .twig-cs-fixer.dist.php file can be massively simplified.
