Fixed 64 bit buidl events

• The 64 bit build events had the 32 bit paths in them. The build event copies the WebView loader DLL of the used Edge HTML viewer component (if installed via GetIt) to the output directory, so that HTML output files can be displayed directly in the Wizard.
