Add recipe for monozygotic twin generation #585

The discussion here:
shows how to generate monozygotic twins. It is pretty technical, so perhaps it ought to be a new recipe. As the discussion notes, the relatedness() of the twins is 0.5, because it is calculated from the pedigree; that should be noted in the manual.
