[Bug]: (Default) Account name in header is unreadable #19409

Describe the bug
In the header the account name is truncated. The truncation has been fixed as part of feature development, but the fix is insufficient in prod where the account name is centered.
The is caused by a compounding effect of the account name being center aligned and more icons having been added to the header.
Expected behavior
Account name is positioned just right of the network dropdown and default account name is readable
