ci: fix analyze issue

• Purpose: Fixes CI analyze error
• Approach: fix switch statement and pull dependencies
  • Note: This does not upgrade major dependencies, just minor/patch versions.

Updates

• Improve connectivity switch-case.
• Pull minor/patch dependencies via flutter pub get
