Execute MobiFlight configs even with no devices connected #2319

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When testing a configuration, the fact whether a controller is connected or not doesn't matter.
Especially when you are only trying to find out which output preset is working.
Right now, you can only see the preset values as long as MobiFlight is running AND at least one controller is connected.

Execute MobiFlight configs even with no devices connected
