1. 输入被中断
2. 正在等在approval的组件消失
3. 正在阅读的部分被刷新到顶部。

使用kimi web，然后访问网页，在等到approval的时候/plan mode在给出方案要求退出的时候。
其他时候也可能会自动刷新网页，这个刷新不是F5的刷新，而是网页组件的刷新。会直接打断并重置状态

Use kimi web, and then visit the web page. When waiting for approval/plan mode, when it gives the plan and asks to exit.

#1669 我已经修了，但是他们根本不看pr，这边issuse估计也是不看的，其实原因就是他们为了保持kimi web是最新的状态会定期刷新页面，改成增量刷新就行了，但是又会导致消息重复显示，其实这个也好解决给消息做编号，但是他们看都不看，也不讨论实现方案，导致pr没办法进行
