This branch performs everything related to the AutoEncoder features.

BeatPD_job_submit.sh: Performs train_kfold.py for all the different models? 

BeatPDutils.py: ??? 
dataload.py: Load the data for CIS-PD and REAL-PD databases 
dev/ : Folder containing experiments for ??? 
feat_process.py: Get features ???

test_AE.py: Test for CIS-PD ??? 
test_AE_real.py: Test for REAL-PD ??? 

test_argparse.py

train_AE.py: Train an AE encoder model for the CIS-PD database. Also useful to extract features from the AE once the model is already created. 
train_AE_real.py: Same as previous, but for REAL-PD
