Just an idea we might want to pursue: create an email list that includes all 207 participants. Use the list to solicit feedback before we publish. Have the list ready in case we need it to solicit approvals for IRB.

Recently I made a large google group that was supposed to have >200 participants from the start as well. I therefore have very fresh in memory that adding people to a google group is a bit of a pain: you can only add 10 people per batch, and you can't add more than 100 people per day. I did end up completing that task but it took three days of tedious copying and pasting addresses, 10 at a time. So beware.
