Create a new section called Resources in CONTRIBUTING.md for helping helping developers find help online

Steps to solve this issue

• Open CONTRIBUTING.md and go through the file to get a basic idea about markdown. You will require very few markdown syntax to solve this issue.
• At the very end of the file add the following content

Resources

• This project uses Matplotlib as a core library to generate visualisations. Find more information on Matplotlib here
