Add a dependency section in README.md

Add a dependency section in README.md which will list all the dependencies used in this project.

Steps to solve this issue

• Open README.md and go through the file to get a basic idea about markdown.
• Just before Installation, add the following content

Dependencies

• Matplotlib
• Pillow
• ImageTk
• Tkinter
