Bumps the highest
nightly-pytorchrow inci/test-matrix.ymlfrom 2.12.1 to 2.14.1 (linux amd64/arm64 and win-64, both cu126 and cu130).Depends on #3033 (cuda.core cap bump + stable PyObject->Tensor shim). Without that landing first, this PR's nightly jobs will fail with
BufferError: only CUDA Array Interface v3 or above is supportedon the linuxNightly PyTorchrows — because the push-triggered nightly pulls wheels from the latest successfulmainCI, and until #3033 is merged those wheels still cap the tensor-bridge fast-path at torch(2, 12).Failing jobs from the first push (reference, for #3033):
