reporting: update UI to make z-scores more accessible

Winkling out Z-scores is a bit tricky

Would appreciate being able to a view a grid per module/group of:

• sub item name
• Absolute score as number & defcon
• Relative score as number & defcon
• aggregate defcon

It's useful that cases where relative or absolute score are poor, can be viewed really easily
