Running the project

Hello,

I am trying to run the project and I stumble on many issues,
Is there an installation guide somewhere that can be used?

Currently having issues to find the right smpl model to download and add to the project (I am currently after adding smplx, and finding the hmr4d smplx2sml_sparse in git, and adding all the checkpoints of all the thirdpartys and of this project, and adding code to identify and use the downloaded checkpoints)
