Tests for Android API level above 23 #207
Description
Due to HMR requirements, we need to be able to test LiveSync on multiple API levels and SDKs simultaneously.
Consider moving tests to nativescript-tooling-qa (to avoid issues with image recognition for emulators above 23 in current solution)
