CLI help when the wrong command is used

Today when trying to remove a platform, I used: tns platform rm android. This is wrong, but look at the response:

First, it doesn't say my command is wrong, just that the command doesn't accept parameters. Secondly it shows platform list, but why not the rest of the subcommands?
