Add Internet Archive mirror links to documentation

We should add Internet Archive mirror link to all documentation. Currently only some documentation has such links.

I've added Internet Archive mirror links for "Class-based NewtonScript Programming" and "develop". For the latter, I've added each issue's index page to the WayBack Machine and now am slowly adding the individual articles (I've done Issues 27, 28, and 29).

develop Issue 26 articles have been preserved in the Internet Archive.

develop Issues 1-25 articles have been preserved in the Internet Archive, aside from about 5 broken links. Phew, that was more work than anticipated!

I've added Internet Archive mirror links for the Dr. Dobb's articles. There were a couple articles that didn't preserve in the archive correctly due to their paywall.

I've added an Internet Archive mirror link for Folklore.org. I preserved all the Newton articles in the Internet Archive.
