Issue:

Fixes: #4221

Description:

This PR enhances the SSL Certificates list by adding a Status indicator, indicating if a SSL Certificate is in use on a proxy host or not. If it is in use the domain names for which it is in use on are shown in the dropdown menu of the list item.

Sorry for the duplicate PR but I had to recreate the PR because the Jenkins pipeline would not run anymore on the old one

Docker Image for build 5 is available on
DockerHub
as nginxproxymanager/nginx-proxy-manager-dev:pr-4283

Note: ensure you backup your NPM instance before testing this image! Especially if there are database changes
Note: this is a different docker image namespace than the official image
