Does not work with Attiny25

Hey,
it just does nothing,
uploads fine, no errors but
IRLremote.available()
is never available

P.S. the same exact code works fine on Atmega328P
also all the connections are correct and working, because I've made a simple read from the sensor w/o decoding and w/o this LIb... 
so it can read IR signals
