racket(-minimal): libedit.so.3 missing

Describe the bug

Welcome to Racket v8.18 [cs].
; Warning: no readline support (ffi-lib: could not load foreign library
path: libedit.so.3
system error: libedit.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory)

This is the error that I am getting, when I call racket on home-manager (Garuda)

I can use the repl itself, but there is no readline support (whatever that means, I just wanted to report the error, maybe its meaningless?)

Steps to reproduce

1. Install racket-minimal
2. run racket in command line.

Expected behaviour

No error message

This should be run from a devshell not put in your config.
