[Recruitment] - Create FAQs Component

Desired Changes

We want the PNM homepage to have a section on the side labeled Our Recruitment that gives the FAQs and a timeline of the application process. This ticket is to create that section with two tabs labeled FAQs and Timeline and to complete the FAQs section. You will need to call the getAllFaqs endpoint to populate the dropdowns. You will also have to create the dropdown component which takes in a title and a description. Ensure the tab view is the same type of tabs used in the division info component

Acceptance Criteria

• There is a component for Our Recruitment
• There are two tabs, one for FAQs and one for Timeline
• There is a Component for the dropdown that takes in a title and description
• The FAQs tab looks as it does on the mocks
