Desired Changes
We need to allow a user to select the subteam they want to onboard for.
Once the user clicks the apply button, they should be redirected to a new page that allows them to select the subteam they want to apply for. Once they select the specific subteam, they will automatically be added to that team and their completedOnboarding boolean should also be toggled so they now see the onboarding home page
