Adds
scripts/setup_open_webui.sh— an idempotent one-shot bootstrap that writes API-server settings into~/.hermes/.env, installs Open WebUI into~/.local/open-webui-venv, drops a reusable launcher at~/.local/bin/start-open-webui-hermes.sh, and optionally installs a user service (launchd on macOS, systemd --user on Linux). Updates the Open WebUI messaging doc to reference it.Changes:
