fix(security): support SRI integrity for dashboard plugin scripts (salvage #19389)

Closes #19389 via salvage.

Summary

Dashboard plugin loader injects plugin JS bundles via <script src> with no integrity verification. A compromised plugin server or MitM could silently substitute JS. Add opt-in integrity field in PluginManifest; when set, applied as script.integrity + crossOrigin=anonymous. Backward compatible — behavior unchanged when not declared.
