In the PR to add source-build to NuGet.Client (NuGet/NuGet.Client#4105), we added one patch (https://github.com/NuGet/NuGet.Client/blob/5353034fed272cb81fbe60326f334b99871d8b74/eng/source-build-patches/0001-Rename-NuGet.Config-to-NuGet.config-to-account-for-a.patch). This can be removed once dotnet/arcade#7549 is merged and the new version of Arcade is uptaken - this issue is for tracking.
