Possible regression on manual saves

Hey mate, ran into broken "Confront the King" quest for the Mages Guild. Learned I needed to use console command to kill Mannimarco, used your script and it is cleaning the quicksave but not the manual saves. I successfully used the script like two weeks ago (my download says Apr 24) when I had also used a console command there.

Update: I was able to get around the problem by utilizing the quicksave and that one did get cleaned.

So full process for getting around the problem:

• save in front of Mannimarco before killing (clean save)
• quit, make backups of save files
• launch game
• kill Mannimarco w/ console commands
• quicksave (dirty save)
• quit
• run tool, it finds and cleans the quicksave
• open game and load save
• make new save, double check that it is clean, it is

I do think there is still a problem with the manual saves since I tried the above process but with manual saves and it was not working but should anyone else come across this, hopefully the process outlined above helps.
