For the love of God, please make a Windows app! After experiencing the pure awesomeness of Nuvio, using Stremio just feels impossible now. Please bring it to PC!

Bring the dedicated Nuvio TV interface (the leanback large-screen UI) to Windows as a native desktop application.

Key details for the implementation:

• UI/UX: Fully feature-rich layout optimized for desktop, matching the sleek aesthetic, multi-profile support, and clean "Continue Watching" structures found in NuvioTV.
• Navigation: Seamless hybrid support for both mouse/keyboard input and standard D-pad controller/keyboard arrow navigation.
• Engine: A standalone setup (via Electron, Tauri, or a Compose Multiplatform desktop target) that natively handles high-bitrate video decoding, Trakt sync, and the Stremio addon ecosystem without relying on browsers or Android emulators.
