Description

This PR updates the entry for FabriKt to reflect its current feature set and architectural philosophy.

Key changes:

• Expanded Frameworks: Added support for Micronaut and Ktor (both client and server).
• Serialization: Included kotlinx.serialization alongside Jackson.
• Positioning: Refined the description to highlight that the tool is designed for "permanent integration" (Contract-as-Code) rather than just initial bootstrapping.
• Links: Updated the main link to the project's vanity domain https://fabrikt.io.
• Version Support: Enabled the v3_1 flag as the tool now fully supports OpenAPI 3.1 features.

The id has been kept identical to ensure the existing entry is updated rather than duplicated.
