Refine the camera UI and introduce card zooming

Problem statement

Based on #119 and recent progress in general UI improvements such as #35 and #92 we aim to also further refine the camera UI in general. In this first iteration we aim to work on improving the visual appearance of the camera UI while thinking about sensible features to add.

This opportunity aims to provide a good baseline for consecutive feature improvements to follow.

Since camera UI is not integration-specific, I would suggest making this issue generic instead of Matter-specific.
The features described in #119 can be generalized for all camera integrations.

In addition to the features in #119 , I would also suggest adding pinch-to-zoom and scroll-to-zoom (like we have on graphs), not for zooming the camera as in PTZ but for zooming the view. Camera apps, like Reolink support it, and it is really useful especially with 180° FoV cameras and high-res cameras.

Another useful feature is Presets, since a lot of PTZ cameras support saved presets in addition to manual movements.

@abmantis As discussed the opportunity has been re-worked and effectively split into 2:

• General Matter camera UI work
• Working on refining the general camera UI (integration-agnostic)

We should remove Matter references completely from this. For example, #88 is not really the community signal since there is very little community usage of matter cameras currently, but there is a huge community usage of cameras in general. That's where the signal comes from IMO.

We should also not have #119 as "in scope".
