Write internal tests for shimmer service

We need to make sure the service on our server is testable and it works well all the time.
There is no need to consider the best or rigorous tests architecture -- we will eventually replace them all, but to chose a reliable and clear one is important.

As 'iomet' repo is entry point for only docs and wiki (not code). So, i think repo name as 'iomet-testcases' is not intuitive. I believe, you created this repository for testing the complete POC all together.

What i suggest is -
One repository - collect all service as per POC at one place . Repo name something like iomet-service
and another repo(this one) - for testing above POC. Repo name something like iomet-service-testcases.
