This PR reactivates all the earlier tests that were left out in the test migration from CuTest to ctest at 5a8447e , disables the fork test from #1450 on platforms other than Linux and Cygwin (observed to hang on Android/ARMV8) and replaces the 32bit SSWAP/DSWAP kernels on Nehalem with their generic counterparts in response to a failure exposed by the reactivated test.
