Databend dialect and integration tests?

I recently discovered Databend, so I did a little checking and found that launching a Docker container and connecting to it from Rust was easy using the official Docker image and the Rust client.

However, I don't think expanding the scope of support is a priority at this stage, so I simply wanted to post the results of my experiment here.

Note: It should be possible to connect using the MySQL protocol, just like ClickHouse (#2815), so probably no additional Rust crates are needed.
