[CI] Update ERNIE-4.5-VL baseline to adapt to MoE changes

Motivation

This PR updates the ERNIE-4.5-VL baseline to align with recent MoE (Mixture-of-Experts) changes, ensuring consistency with upstream model behavior.
Additionally, it installs missing dependencies (psmisc) in the CI image to provide required tools such as fuser.

Modifications

1. Updated ERNIE-4.5-VL baseline data for MoE adaptation.
2. Added psmisc package installation in the CI environment (fuser dependency).

Usage or Command

No manual command change required.
