• User Portal Organization Screen "Join" Buttons don't align with Visit buttons

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Login to the user portal
2. View the organization screen
3. The margin around the buttons does not match that of the Join button

Expected behavior

• The margin spacing on the card must match that of "Visit"

Actual behavior
