With version 0.6.2, I can place an order and pay via PayPal even if my postal code is invalid.

Steps to reproduce

1. FO > OPC
2. Fill guest form
3. Country : Belgium
4. Zippostal code : 12345
5. Pay with Paypal
6. No error

Expected behavior

It should not be possible to access the PayPal payment page with an invalid postal code (in this case, a 5-digit Belgian postal code instead of a 4-digit one).

Actual Result

It is possible to place an order with an invalid postal code.
