Django runserver

$ cd ePustakalay
$ pipenv install
# uncomment if you forget to do
# $ pipenv run make # for makemigrations
$ pipenv run migrate
# $ pipenv run collect
$ pipenv run start
# Starting development server at http://0.0.0.0:8000/
