Support of Cura 4.8.0+

Implement support for Cura ver. 4.8.0+ and SDK 7.4.0

Changes

• Update package json:

• remove old version lower that Cura 4.5 (SDK 7.1.0)
• add latest version Cura 4.8 (SDK 7.4.0)
• add minimux/maximum Cura versions

Base manual tests

• Plugin loading
• Add new printer
• Connect to the printer
• Send file to the printer
• Send file with "start print" option
• Save file to the disk
• Save already existing file, set another name and save after that
• Pause|Resume printing from the Monitor tab
• Send command to the printer (f.ex. Fan on| Fan off | Cool down etc)
• Pre-heat extruder
• Pre-heat build plate
