Description of Change

  • Update for Uno 4.7
  • Converts to newer and NuGet tooling supported CentralPacakgeManagement with Directory.Packages.props
  • Drops support for Uno.UI as UWP is officially dead
  • Drops support for Legacy Xamarin targets for Uno.WinUI
