Bug: Able to create a campaign with a due date in the past

Describe the bug
When copying a campaign with a due date in the past, I am able to start the campaign.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Navigate to a campaign with a due date in the past
2. Click "COPY CAMPAIGN"
3. Navigate to the newly copied campaign
4. Fill out all required fields. Don't change the due date
5. Click "START THIS CAMPAIGN!"
6. Issue: "START THIS CAMPAIGN!" button should be grayed out because the due date is in the past

Expected behavior
When copying a campaign with a due date in the past, the campaign shouldn't be able to be started until the due date is changed to a future date.

Additional context
2 possible solutions:

• Perform data validation on the campaign when opening it
• When copying a campaign, delete the "due date" field if it's in the past

Did it in the wrong order, should have commented here first 🙃

But I submitted a fix to nullify the due_by date for copied campaigns
