Torch Spacing, Spacingd

Status

Ready

Types of changes

  • Non-breaking change (fix or new feature that would not break existing functionality).
  • New tests added to cover the changes.
  • Integration tests passed locally by running ./runtests.sh -f -u --net --coverage.
  • Quick tests passed locally by running ./runtests.sh --quick --unittests.

thanks, for this one and the orientation transform, we should test it with the image writing functions as well https://github.com/Project-MONAI/MONAI/blob/dev/tests/test_nifti_rw.py#L102-L110

I updated test_nifti_rw.py to use torch and torch.cuda as input arrays. Is that what you meant?
