Constraint for payment contract custom field for restricting to recurring contributions

In order to avoid feeding IDs of different entities into the Paid By field (e.g. via data migration/import), there should be a constraint to the civicrm_contribution_recur.id column, or at least some more in-depth description/warning in the docs.
