docs: document verification result schema

Summary

• document the OSS verification_result schema for deterministic replay outputs
• add status, command, assertion, artifact, and cloud ingestion semantics
• link the schema from verify command docs and blind verification docs

Validation

• pnpm --filter @pwnkit/docs build
• git diff --check
