Add writable and copyable attachment and data streams

• Make add_stream_from_template work on data and attachment streams
• Add new function add_attachment to write attachment streams
• Add data property to attachment streams to get the payload
• Add tests that write and copy attachment streams
• Change test_data_stream_from_template to actually create a data stream from template instead of just giving up and throwing ValueError
